These terms apply to every purchase of RowSprout Pro and to the use of rowsprout.com. They are set by RowSprout, Appelstraat 64, 2564 EH Den Haag, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 80050972, VAT number NL003387570B13 (“we”, “us”).
1. Ordering and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy RowSprout Pro, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself.
Prices on our website are shown excluding VAT. Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax that applies in your country at checkout.
2. Subscriptions and renewal
RowSprout Pro plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; your licence then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
We may change our prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.
3. Your licence
The RowSprout and RowSprout Pro software is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Your RowSprout Pro licence key gives you, for as long as your subscription is active:
- activation of RowSprout Pro features on the number of sites in your plan, where a site is a root domain including its subdomains;
- automatic updates;
- support through your account, answered by email within the response time of your plan.
A licence key is personal to the buyer. You may not share, resell or publish it. We may deactivate a licence key that is shared or misused.
4. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy.
5. Support and availability
We do our best to answer support questions within the response time of your plan. RowSprout Pro contacts our licence server to activate your licence and check for updates. We aim to keep that server available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
We build RowSprout with care, but we provide the software as is. Always keep backups of your website. Our total liability for any claim relating to RowSprout Pro is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, lost data or lost search rankings, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies. If a change affects your active subscription in a significant way, we tell you by email before it applies.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.
